THIS POSITION IS BASED IN THE HARROGATE AREA.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Care for a client based in North Yorkshire.
To be suitable for this position you will already be a Registered Manager with strong management skills seeking a step up from managing one home. You will be required to oversee around 6-7 homes, arranging constant reviews to make sure each home is functioning to its best possible standard and by building strong relationships with each Registered Managers, should any Registered Manager at any of those homes not work out then you will be required to register as the manager until a replacement is found.
My client is keen to keep a reputation as proving an excellent CSCI service which will continue with your hard work and dedication. As well as the duties listed above you will be also required to provide support for the Directors and take on any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
To be successful in this role you should already be a Registered Manager looking for a step up in your career. My client is offering a very attractive package of c£30k plus a company car.
