Sales/Finance Administrator; Selby, Job Ref; 999585
Distribution organisation based in Selby currently have a requirement for a competent and enthusiastic sales/finance administrator to join their small but friendly team.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be required to assist in the day-to-day running of the finance discipline alongside the maintenance of the sales administration function.
Key duties will include;
- Build network of contacts with customers, handling and haulage contractors to ensure delivery of goods
- Maintain static data systems
- management the sales query function, fielding and resolving queries
- Registering sales and purchase invoices on sales daybooks and Sage
- Assisting with preparation of payment run
- Assisting in credit control Ideally you will have a good grounding within the finance and administration functions and be keen to secure a challenging long-term interim contract offering prospects for development.
