hi my name is gemma im 26 and working fulltime in york area, mim looking for someone to share my house with ideal for a student. my house is down leman roam the house has all the facilitys you need and a yard to store your bike. its a 2 bedroom house well presented house and need some one to share it with i have 3 cats that are house trained. internet access and a tv. there is no bond required and the rent is 300 a month all bills included, all i need is a months rent in advance of every month.
