i have a 2 bed house in ouseburn ave a quiet street just off beckfield lane. it consists of 1 living room 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom wc gsh driveway. and is also due for modernising/tennants choice (2010) garden is mainly all at front and side of the house although there is a small concrete yard to the rear an a brick shed.

we would like a 3 bed in york as we have 2 children and 1 on the way so need a larger house with back garden and preferably driveway or off street parking

would prefer acomb, chapelfields, woodthorpe, dringhouses, but most areas considered
