Mature tenant with gorgeous child aged 3 would like to rent a pleasant two bed house/flat. Educated to degree level and seeking employment in January 2010 to coincide with sons entry to nursery.

I'm used to keeping a clean and cosy home so I'm very tired of living in a house where the landlord doesn't care about his property. I've tried my best to make it look like a home (at my own expense) but it's an uphill struggle.

Can provide a bond and references but must be happy to accept HB for a MAXIMUM of 3 months whilst I secure long term employment.
