There are two spacious rooms available in a semi-detached house on Osbaldwick Lane. Both rooms are roughly the same size and could easily accommodate double beds. At the moment, there is a single bed on the top floor and a double bed on the ground floor. The property is a 15-minute walk from the University of York and a 30-minute walk from York city centre. Rent is £267 per person per month (£800/pm for house), plus the cost of bills.

The property has a large back garden that is tended by the neighbour. The living room opens out into a conservatory, which offers a lot of natural light and room for the dining table and tumble dryer.

The house is being offered to males and females with first preference given to professionals or graduate students. You will be sharing the house with Martin, a 23 year-old graduate currently working for the University of York. Martin is a hard worker, but laid back and fun to be around.
