I am a mature, employed, quiet, non smoking and clean gent who, due to work commitments, am looking to relocate to York centre.
I currently live in Elvington and have rented the same property there for 10 years (references can be obtained from my landlady ), but find now that I need to be more central. References can also be obtained from my employer of 10 years if needed.
The property needs to be a 1 bedroom or studio, furnished and self contained and up to £500 pcm. I would prefer a long lease arrangement.
