Large outside patio area with shed/ bike store.
The room available is a downstairs room. 2.5m X 3m.
The room has a raised double 'bunk' style bed. Please look at pictures attached. Some people do not like this arrangement so please do not ask me to view the property if you do not think that you will like this bed.
The other tenants are typical 9am-5pm workers (no students). They keep the house clean and tidy.
No time wasters please- I have given a very accurate description with photos and dimensions of the room.
This price INCLUDES all bills. Includes wireless internet.
Minimum tenancy- 3 months.
