Registered Home Manager Urgently needed

My client who has a number of homes across the county requires a manager to organise the running of a small house for young adults with learning difficulties and visual impairment. You will need to be qualified and have relevant experience in a similar establishment.

Responsible to the Director
Duties include:

Manage the home in a professional manner, maintaining a hands-on approach with the ability to delegate where necessary.
Maintain and continually review case files and adjust where appropriate.
Report incidents to Director and attend meetings with Director where necessary
Ensure all Health & Safety legislation is adhered and suggest ways to improve if needed and report any shortcomings.
Ensure all new staff members have been suitably inducted
Organise reviews and organise staff meetings.
Organise staff rotas
Be part of an on call rota with other senior members of staff.
