This is a very mondern, attractive ground floor apartment, recently decorated throughout. It has a really nice bathroom and kitchen and a large living room. There is also an allocated parking space for 1 car. Only 10 minutes walk from York city centre (5 at a dash!) and 5 minutes from York train station.

The cost of living here would be £420 pcm, which includes ALL bills (Council tax, water, electric, wi-fi broadband internet, phone and home insurance).

I'm very friendly and enjoy music and nights out. I'm also very houseproud which means i'm a bit of a clean-freak! I'd like to share with someone likeminded. It would be nice to make a new friend as well as a new housemate!
