I am a student from Toronto Canada looking to spend 9 months in York. I am looking for a quiet fully furnished flat in a good location (close to the city center, and on a good bus route). Needs to include full bathroom, and kitchen. I wish for the price to include all utilities. I am a quiet non smoker with no pets. I am dependable, and reliable. Needs to also have access to phone and wireless internet. No parking required.
