The successful Agency Sales Manager will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, company car allowance, generous bonus and will be working for a niche high-end luxury Tour Operator. The Agency Sales Manager is a newly created role as the Tour Operator are looking to develop sales via the retail travel trade accounts around the UK and in turn the successful Agency Sales Manager will be the face of the company to all retail travel trade accounts.

The Agency Sales Manager will:-

- Grow retail travel trade sales revenue to meet or exceed agreed target
- Maintain and increase profit margins from retail travel trade sales
- Establish and manage commercial arrangements with retail travel agency partners and monitor/produce commercial and agency agreements
- Implement commercial, trading and service level agreements
- Account Manage all accounts, building and sustaining an effective, professional relationship with all key partners
- Encourage as many travel agents as possible to sign up to use our brands and follow up their activity
- Initiate joint sales activity with business partners, suppliers, accounts and non-competing tour operators to increase revenue in a cost-effective way
- Prepare, produce and deliver an effective training programme about the company's products and services
- Visit regional managers and retail travel agencies to promote the company and its product
