We are recruiting for a team of Lettings Assistants to work alongside the Facilities Team within our school.
LETTINGS ASSISTANTS
PART TIME – 2/3 EVENINGS PLUS/OR SATURDAYS AND FULL DAYS DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS– 52 WEEKS
Flexibility to work additional hours to cover annual leave and sick absences is desirable.
REQUIRED ASAP

The successful applicants will become part of a team of Lettings Assistants, covering all evenings and Saturdays, plus full days during school holidays. As part of this team you will be responsible for welcoming all external letting groups, administering bookings and taking on porterage duties as required. A full job description will be provided upon application.
Experience is less important than the ability to learn new skills and work as part of a team, maintaining the professional standards set throughout the school.
