Hi I am offering a double en suite room with a balcony in my house for £400 per month.

The current occupants are myself (live in landlady) and my 7 month old son. My partner will also be here on weekends as he wors away through the week.

You will have access to your own private bathroom (en-suite), Sky TV in your room, and to a modern open plan kitchen-dining-living room.

The house is within walking distance from the town centre (5 minutes) and the house is situated on a quiet private road.

Off street parking is also available

The room is available anytime from November 2009
