Required: Service Delivery Analyst

Role: Based in North Yorkshire a position has arisen within a reputable organization for a Service delivery Analyst to take the reigns on developing and coordinating all IT Service Level`s and IT Service Continuity Management. Working within an ITIL framework the successful candidate will focus on 2 key areas.

The implementation and maintenance of Service Management processes.
The implementation and maintenance of IT Continuity.

This is a brand new position which will define key technical functions providing support across the group Infrastructure. Working closely with the engineers and Business analysts you will help develop a highly IT system.

Principle Skills:

ITIL Service Management
A commercial background working within a multi-platform and multi application IT environment.

Desirable Skills:

ISEB Service Management
ISEB Certificate in Business Continuity.
