A gorgeous double room in Southbank. Only 5 minutes from town and 20 walking from Uni York or 15 to USJ, and seconds from local shops and takeaways this room is perfect for students. There are 4 guys and a girl that would be sharing the house with you. All and between 20 and 21 and second year students at York Uni. They are really friendly, chilled out people up for a laugh and a drink. The house is gorgeous with high ceilings, fireplaces and all amenities needed. There is a back yard for bike storage and the local area is incredibly twee with pubs just up the road. The rent does not include bills, but these are always low.
