Hi I have recently decorated my single room at the back of a terrace on Cromer st, it contains a single bed, (but this could be changed for a double.) It also has a set of drawers, wardrobe and storage chest and drawers.

I am into sport, books and films. I work in Leeds and I am not a big drinker/clubber or smoker. The room would suit an older professional or a post graduate student.
