suite ,Living room with american kitchen one end w beech doors. , Mini
oven hotplate kettle etc. Room is size - (16'2x8'7") overall. Part furnished with new ikea double bed and chest of drawers in bedroom; mini sofa, bookcase, table and chairs downstairs .So some room to have personal small furnishings in the house.
Self contained, open plan stairs to mezzanine level bedroom
(9'8"x8'8")and dressing room (9'6"x4'6"). dedicated parking place,
I am looking for a careful mature tenant until Sept 2010 minimum who
