We have a large double rooms available in a shared house on Burton Stone Lane. The room are fully furnished and one includes a lovely bay window. The location provides an easy walk to the City Centre, about 15 minutes, and is close to local shops. The house has a nice sized lounge, kitchen, bathroom. There is also a large back garden and storage space in the shed which could be use for bicycles. We're pretty laid-back people who enjoy a fun night out, like to have a laugh, or watch a good film. We're looking for a young professional or post grad student of the same.
