i am looking for a live in bar supervisor to take charge of a busy pub/restaurant in a village location just outside thirsk. must have experience in the trade and be able to take charge when needed. your duties would inclue doing and implementing rotas, dealing and serving customers, booking in residents and generally assisting the general manager. must have a freindly disposition and be able to work as a team player.
