Although this is a sales role it is NOT the hard sell All calls are inbound from existing customers and your role will be to advise them on which product would be best suited to their needs.

Also you will:-

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the reputation of the business.
- Record, store and maintain customer information to provide accurate reference documentation.
- Schedule effective call backs where possible by identifying and acting on a customer or third party request.
