Due to illness I am offering my block of 12 1 bedroomed self contained flats in Scarborough they all have full separate utilities however due to my illness I have not been able to look after the property . I am told the individual flats should sell for up to £50,000 each, this is pie in the sky figures I would think £35,000 each is more realistic. considering their condition.
