Our client, an established nursing home based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire offering nursing, residential and respite care for elderly people with physical frailty and those with mental health needs is looking to recruit an experienced RMN. Both day and nights shifts available, offering full time hours (11 hour shifts, over 4 days). We require applicants to have strong experience within a similar environment. Salary available is approx. £12.00 per hour.

Applicants must have a valid NMC Pin Registration. Enhanced CRB and POVA checks will also be required.

Responsibilities will include
* Ensuring that client care plans are maintained
* Assess all aspects of care needs and ensure they are maintained and monitored
* Work effectively with other staff members
* Deputise in absence of Manager and Deputy Manager
* Produce hand over reports at the end of each shift
* Administer medicines to clients
* Supervise and instruct junior members of staff
* Promote safe working practice within the Home
