The house is located on the corner of Starkey Crescent and Melrosegate about 15 mins walk from town and the university and on major bus routes. Shared areas include a spacious kitchen / lounge with conservatory, bathroom, toilet and outhouse with storage for bikes. Rent is £63 per person per week (excludes bills) and a bond of £250 per person is required. Contract is for 11 months (until end of July 2009).
