Hi,

I rent a nice bungalow in Acomb and am looking for somebody to share with.

Acomb is in the South West of York, close to the ring road and A64, so it's ideal for somebody who needs to commute. Its a ten minute bus ride to the city centre.

The rent is £625 per month, so £312.50 each, and this doesn't include bills. The house is well furnished, and is really homely and a happy place to live. My landlord just installed new bathroom, so that's bonus too! There is small but attractive garden, a garage for storage, and lots of driveway parking.

I'm an outgoing girl with lots of hobbies, and I'm always out and about doing things. I'm pretty easy to live with as long as you're a considerate house-mate and do you share of the cleaning! I'm 25, but I'm looking for a house-mate of any age - it's more important that you're nice.
