WHAT IS MARKET RESEARCH?
Market Research is used when a company is thinking about launching a new product, re launching a product or changing a brand name. There are many ways to carry out research, however one of the most popular ways is to talk with the consumers (respondents) within their industry. This type of market research may be carried out in a home, place of work or at the organizations premises and can take between 15 minutes to 3 hours.
