Double room for rent in house just off hull road on theif lane not far from uni. The house has a good sized kitchen with nice living room. yard at rear with shed for bikes etc. parking is available too. co-op around the corner which is well handy. you would be sharing with a 27yr old prof male. i work shifts full time so im in and out at random times of the day. im easy going n easy to get on with, my mate is moving out to live with his girlfriend so im lookin for someone to fill the room. internet is available. sorry but no pets, tho no bond required. just rent plus bills.
