Housemate wanted for a lovely four-bedroom house close to city centre and both Universitys. Ideal for students, 3 friendly PHD students live there currently. There is a park, local shops and take-aways literally a 10second walk away. Bus routes stop practically outside the door.

There is a large garden ideal for barbeques, a pond, a bikeshed and plenty of on-street parking - no need for a permit. Large lounge and kitchen, nice bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is a seperate toilet too.

The room itself is a large double room with a big double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers and a mantlepiece.

£250 per month, + £50 for gas, water, electricity, broadband, phoneline etc. Any spare money left over from bills gets spent on communal items such as toilet roll, washing up liquid etc.

Unfortunately have to move due to a work oppurtunity arising in Leeds. Otherwise very happy to stay here!
