A nice sized double room in a beautiful house in a gorgeous street very close to the city centre (very quiet area though weirdly) We have a huge lounge with 3 sofas, a dining room (ooooo), nice big (and very clean) kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room that contains a washing machine and another sink.

Sharing with: 3 lovely friendly chilled out people, 2 men (both aged 24, very hygenic who enjoy stand up comedy and cooking) and 1 woman (23, very chilled out, training to be a teacher!)

Bills are really cheap, good central heating (not that you really need it in summer...), great shower that is very powerful (it's like being showered by a waterfall... ace...).

Rent is £268.50 per month, bond is £268.50 also!
