My client is currently looking for a RGN or RMN to work 33 hours per week as a Staff Nurse and a further 8 hours per week as a Deputy Manager in this local home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a RGN/RMN who is looking to gain some managerial experience and responsibility in their position. Your general duties will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the individual care and needs of the residents. You will as Deputy Manager be required to supervise the staff within the home and participate in the evaluation and review of policies and report these to the Home Manager.

It is essential that you are NMC registered and have experience working in a care home environment. This is a full time post and the salary is subject to experience.
