Our client is a well established rosetted gastropub a short distance from York.
They are seeking a talented Sous Chef to take on their first Head Chef role and to maintain the already high standards.

The ideal candidate would come from a fresh food background, preferably accoladed, with good senior chef and volume experience.
The role is predominately split shifts, and the location of the property requires any applicants to be able to drive and own a means of transport.

This would be a fantastic role to make the jump to Head Chef, and as well as a competitive salary and bonus package, you will have the full backing of the owners to take the property onto higher levels.
