We are looking for an experienced Service Manager (RNLD/RMNH)/Learning Disabilities Manager/Team Leader/Registered Manager who has the drive, enthusiasm and commitment to make a real difference to the lives of others. You will lead and motivate a staff team of enablers to think about care and support in an entirely new way to help people in transforming their lives.

As the Service Manager (Learning Disabilities) and RNLD/RMNH you will be responsible for the day to day management of a Supported Living service for 4 adults with different learning disabilities who exhibit severe challenging behaviour. You will have a background showing all round knowledge and experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs and previous experience of working within this client group.

The Team Leader will hold or will be working towards a management/professional qualification. RNMH, RNLD, essential for this role. Registered Managers Award, NVQ 4 in Management)
