Hi there

I am a 22 year old male working in york, and looking for a room in a shared house/flat.

I would be able to pay up to £400 p/m but i'd preferably like something less expensive as i don't earn a great fortune. Anything inclusive of bills would be excellent.

I'm not looking for anything flash, just a place with all the essentials. A wireless internet connection would be a bonus but not necessarily essential.

A central location would be preferable but if you have something that may be of intereset to me please get in touch
