Hi. I have a room available in York, at 87 Constantine Ave (for Gmaps).

The house has just been refurnished, and is in mint condition - lovely big bathroom, brand new huge comfy leather sofas. Bike storage in locked shed to the rear, and a small garden (though we haven't done anything much with it yet!).

The rooom is upstairs, front window, lots of light. Queen bed, furnished. Wardrobe outside the room. Desk, chair, underbed storage and one shelf. There's storage elsewhere in the house. It isn't a massive room (I want to be honest), but it's large enough to live in easily, and the rent is dirty cheap!

Large kitchen and dining room, washer dryer, gas stove and electric oven. Even larger front living room, huge 40+ inch lcd tv with sky and sky sports package (if you're into that kinda thing!), hdmi if you're into playing games :-).

o2 Wifi connected on monday. Gas/Electricity and internet and water are paid for a long while by the current resident (me) - you probably won't need to pay utilities until at least november, if not december (we use a shared account). Rent is paid up until the end of october.

Housemates are two third year students (girls) taking english and english and philosophy, one second year boy taking computer science. Lovely group - enjoy watching old movies and cooking together.

Rent is £65 p/w with IG Property. We have a great landlord that'll fix anything once he's back, and we're on v.good terms with him.
