Are you a subject leader with management experience from an academic background?

Are you looking for a role working for a prestigious FE College where you will be instrumental in the growth of this college and department?

This is an exciting opportunity for an existing section leader looking to join a prestigious FE College to manage a specialist faculty. You will be responsible for the line management of the staff, students and resources within the College Strategic Plans.
You will also be responsible to develop high standards of quality and service particularly of teaching and learning to support the faculty.

You need to have a background within either FE or HE and run or managed a section or curriculum. Management experience is vital as you will be responsible for a team of teaching staff throughout the department.


The Job Description:
* Lead the faculty and be responsible for the management of Staff and Students.
* Develop high standards of quality and services for teaching and learning.
* Manage the Curriculum and ensuring that it is fully adhered to by staff and students.

The Person:
* Previous Management experience in FE or HE.
* Qualification within your specialist area.
* Teaching Qualification
