This is an exciting new role that will offer you the ability to learn new skills and get exposure to a challenging and interesting role.
You will need to be able to speak French and/or Spanish. Ideally educated to A level standard. However a qualification in languages is not essential but being able to speak it is.
The role will consist of Secretarial support including: typing quotations, letters to customers, sending out information packs and setting up sales filing systems and maintaining them.
You will be involved with Liaising with all departments including: accounts, stock control and all other UK departments. Excellent communication skills for this role are essential.
IT skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and outlook
