We have found a diamond house - however we need 4 people to fill it. We are ideally looking for 1 girl to help make up a house share. There is 1 double bedroom available at £62/pw per room. All rooms are fully furnished. Bills are not included but won't amount to much split between four. There is even a spare room for guests.

The house was originally bought for a student let and is currently going through a refurbishment of the highest standard. We have been told that the house will be ready mid-June, however, if we don’t find housemates soon we will miss out. The house is located on Hull Road behind B&Q.
