A professional services organisation in York city centre is looking for a competent administrator to join their HR team. This is a varied, interesting
role requiring a high level of attention to detail and an organised, systematic approach to any task undertaken.
Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
• Maintain and keep up to date all absence/ sickness records and holiday applications
• Brief recruitment agencies on all support roles and liaise with them to arrange interviews, deliver feedback and offers
• Send out contracts, general employee correspondence and be responsible for the maintenance of an organised system including archiving and filing
• Work with the central HR team to book training courses with internal and external suppliers, analyse feedback from those courses to ensure that they are consistently at a high standard and action as appropriate
• Provide full administrative support to the HR team

With the ability to work discreetly with confidential information. It is essential that applicants have superb IT skills. The organisation has a state-of-the-art internal IT system and all activities will involve the use of IT. Whilst full training will be provided, applicants should be confident in their ability to pick up new IT programmes.
