Hello! We are 5 second year students (4 girls, 1 boy) whose housemate recently
informed us that he will not be returning to University,so we have one
room available for rent.

It is a good sized (double bed), ground floor room, for rent at £66 (bills not included) per week. Our housemate has also paid this months rent, so there would only be 8 months rent to pay for(contract ends 01-07-2010).

Our house is perfectly located about 3 minutes from the University Campus and 10 minutes from a bus stop going to town. We have three very good sized bathrooms, a kitchen connected to the living room, and a conservatory with a large dining room table, and many facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We also have a garden.
