I'm a post grad student at York University looking for someone easygoing and considerate to share a lovely house in South Bank York. It's a two bed terrace with a big kitchen, new bathroom, back yard with plenty of room for bikes, pot plants and bbqs and very cosy, homely feel.

The room is a decent sized double with a big built in cupboard. It comes furnished with a double bed, book shelf, clothes rail and chair, but we can talk about if you need something else or want to bring any of your own furniture.

Rent is £275 per calendar month, plus bills.
Deposit is £275 and one months rent in advance.

A bit about me: I'm 24, female, just relocated to York to start my PhD. I like cooking, relaxing/having a drink with friends, biking, walking, exploring York and the area. Mainly I enjoy having a nice home to come back to every evening and am looking for someone who wants the same.
