Fancy getting free music merchandise, great industry experience and the opportunity to know about the UK's best new upcoming bands before anybody else? Yes? Then read on!

We are a nationwide independent music marketing setup promoting artists in the indie, folk, alternative, rock and pop genres. We're looking for people in the York area to get involved in our campaigns.

Interns should have some prior experience in something musical, be full of ideas and be prepared to really get stuck in with what we're doing. Broadband internet access, checking your email regularly and 100% commitment and reliability are a real must.

Assignments can vary from encouraging friends to go to our artists' gigs to writing articles for blogs and websites to going to festivals for free to work as representation for our artists. We'll need a minimum of 3 hours a week's work from you.

Street teamers will generally have little or no prior music industry experience, and this could very well be your foot in the door! In exchange for your help online and on the street, we offer guestlist to gigs, free merchandise and lots more. Assignments vary but never take too long, so this can be more of a casual commitment and/or can be fitted around studying etc.

All of the positions offered are unpaid, but we can provide glowing references for interns plus lots of great experience, and freebies and chances to become an intern later for street teamers.
