Main Duties
The post- holder will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to an allocated caseload of patients under the direct supervision from a senior member of the nursing team. To develop and implement individualised care plans for patients in accordance with the clinical MDT guidelines. To supervise Healthcare Workers and assist in their clinical practice skills development.

Skills and Experience
Experience within a secure setting would be advantageous. Knowledge of NMC Code of Conduct and of current legislation including the Mental Health Act 1983 is essential. The ability to work as part of a team and demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills is essential.

Qualifications
First level RMH/RNMH/RNLD.
