Ideal for two friends or a female couple, (or I'd take two separately) in a quiet, comfortable home on Heslington Lane about 20 mins walk from the University. You'll be sharing the whole of the upstairs of the house.

The flat consists of two double bedrooms, a shower room and a living room.
The kitchen/diner is shared with me – I'm the (very friendly) landlady and I live on the ground floor - the upstairs space is completely yours!

All rooms are in excellent condition.
The two spacious bedrooms each have: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, lamps
The modern shower room has: shower, WC, cabinet, shelves, heated towel rail
The recently decorated living room is comfortable and cosy, with sofa and armchairs, lamps, coffee table, bookcase and corner cabinet, and TV, Freeview and DVD
The recently decorated, large kitchen/diner has a 5-hob cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all pots, pans and crockery etc if needed, with plenty of cupboard and shelf space.

There is also a very large garden for your use, with seating areas, flower beds and a good sized area for growing your own vegetables/fruit if you want - you're welcome! There's also space in the front drive for a car, and a lock up area for your cycles down the side passage.

There's a very good range of local shops, with a post office, a good fruit and veg shop, off licence and a small supermarket, with two more down the road; also an excellent bus service to town and an easy bike ride or walk to the University.

Ideally you'll both be tidy, clean and quiet, also ecologically aware.

Rent: £360 per person pcm including broadband and all bills. (If you're working you would need to pay towards council tax as well). Six months minimum stay. References and one month's bond required.
