AHPM manage a variety of Offices in and around York and three have Office space available at present, Blossom Street, Bar Lane or St Saviourgate. All are Grade II listed buildings and prices vary depending on the size required.

All three buildings with available space are Period Grade II Listed properties and prices for individual furnished Offices start from £262.50 pcm.

Blossom Street is currently in the process of being converted into 9 self-contained offices with a communal area (two sets of Gents & Ladies Toilets & two sets of kitchens) and communal meeting room; Bar Lane and St Saviourgate have 1 and 2 offices available respectively.

Of differing sizes each office comes with brand new office furniture as part of the deal (if required).

We would sign you up to a rolling 6-month Licence contract to allow you as much flexibility, freedom or commitment as you decide you need. At the end of 5 months I supply a new 6-month Licence that you sign and continue with exactly the same terms.

The telephone line is a contract you are able to set up yourself with BT, (every other serviced office will require you to pay a monthly line rental for both telephone and internet, and charge a set amount above the BT rate for each call made), so we do not exploit your telecommunication usage as is the case with other Landlords.

You pay one payment of rent which is an ‘all-inclusive’ payment which covers ALL other costs, i.e. heating, lighting, cleaning and Business Rates costs.
