labrador wanted up to 200f

Hi
we are married with one child 3 years old and would love a puppy / young Labrador [ Not essential to be kc registered ] to join our family. Our son is realy clever boy, but he has problem with speaking - he is not talking at all, its realy sad for us. i heard that children brought up with dogs are more confident themselfs.
we have not much money to spend but lots of love to give and plenty of time and space to play.we can pay up to 200f for puppy, or 100f for young dog [up to 6 months]. but only for labrador, not cross.
we are live in manchester but we can pick up.
