A nice en-suite single room available in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The house is shared by three other profesisonals. It is only 15 minutes walk from the city centre along Bootham road defined by historic brick buildings on either side. The USP of the room is that it gets washed by warm brilliant sunshine on a beautiful sunny afternoon.

The shared facilities in the house include fully equipped kitchen, drawing room, dining room, TV, Wifi internet and BT phone. Bills are to be paid in addition to the room rent. No smoking or drinking in the house would be preferred.
