The room is a double, in a 5-bedroom flat.
It is a student house- but before you stop reading, 3/4 are full time postgraduate students who have most of their time took up with their degrees- it isn't your typical student slum! The one undergraduate is a quiet young male who keeps himself to himself mainly.

The flat is fully furnished with very new appliances and furniture. There are 2 shower rooms, 2 toilet rooms and 2 fridge/freezers. The room locks, has a doulbe bed, desk, wardobe, bed side table and chest of drawers.

The flat is very near to local shops and takeaways and a few pubs too. There are regular buses into town that stop less than 50m from the front door.

Don't be put off by the students- they are a relaxed bunch, but pretty much maintain a 9-5 working day, if not longer hours. they are a friendly bunch who like to chill out and watch tv of an evening and go to the pub of a weekend.
