The room is in a 4 bedroom house in a nice and quiet area, with a big kitchen, two toilets, a bath with shower and a lovely back-yard garden, which is great for barbeques in sunny days. It only takes 10 mins walking to the Uni, 3 mins to Somerfield. The current housemates living in it are all easy-going and tidy mature scholars.
The rent is £57 per week. Available from 1st June.
Besides, a small room in the same house is an alternative, which is only £46 per week.
One kind housemate is quite flexible about the room. You may pick the room you prefer, and he'll take the other.
