We have a single room available in a house share on Moss St, off Blossom St, York. It is 5 mins to town, train station and there is a cinema, take aways, FTR bus and restaurants 30 seconds away. Its also near the Knavesmire for those who like running or exercise. The university is a short cyle ride away by the cycle track or there is a bus stop outside the front door. Moss St is a quiet street but is near all the shops, bars and restaurants.

The house was refurbished in 2008 and is currently occupied by various professionals who are friendly. There are 6 rooms all together and the house has wifi, 2 electric shower rooms, an outside courtyard. All rooms have the facility to be locked. There are double glazed PVC windows and a new boiler so it is very warm in winter. There is a shared lounge. Colours are neutral. The price includes TV, wifi, and all other bills so you will have nothing else to pay.
