Lovely small fully furnished double bedroom available in a warm, friendly terraced house 10 minute walk to the centre of York and the university. You will be sharing with 2 professional females in their late twenties. We are looking for a sociable housemate of a smiliar age, professional preferred but mature or graduate students are welcome provided they are happy to contribute to the council tax. Bills are all split equally and are circa £50 per month. Sky and wireless internet available.

We think of the house as a home and would like someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, considerate and most importantly of all is happy to do their share of the housework to make it a nice home for all!
